Standard ground shipping is now available to Canada. If you do require an order to go to Canada, please select the shipping method "Canada – notify me with cost before shipping" option at the time of checkout and we will notify you of the shipping costs to Canada within one business day. All orders are insured & packaged with care and are generally shipped from Austin, Texas USA. Orders being shipped via ground, express or to Canada takes approximately 1-2 business days to process, unless noted in the product description (eg. Personalized or Special Order products). Once your order is processed, it usually takes approximately 5 - 8 business days for your order to arrive via ground shipping. Products ordered together may be shipped separately.

Canadian Shipping Terms and Conditions: Shipping rates and times vary depending upon where your product is shipping from in the United States. Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Austin, Texas USA. However, please be advised there are products, such as personalized products that are shipped from a third party vendor from a different location and there could be multiple shipments due to products being shipped from different locations. At this time, UPS is our primary shipping company and broker to Canada. Some products may be shipped using USPS at our discretion. If one of the products you purchased from us is made in the USA, it probably will not be charged duty per the NAFTA agreement. Please be advised that Canadian shipments may be subject to additional fees (eg. duties, brokerage fees, etc… ) and Canadian sales taxes at the time of delivery. A third party brokerage (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and/or Canada may contact you just prior to delivery to collect payment from you for the additional fees (eg. duties, brokerage fees, etc… ) and Canadian sales taxes. Therefore, Firenze Italian Specialties is NOT responsible for the reimbursement or collection of additional fees (eg. duties, brokerage fees, etc… ) and Canadian sales taxes. You are also responsible for the following, if applicable: charges that a third party shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) levies on us for any address corrections for a wrong address you provided, a change of a shipping address (once the order has been shipped) by you or your gift recipient and for any or all shipping costs for shipments of your order that are refused at time of delivery.
