We ship to all 50 states in the USA only. All orders are insured & packaged with care and are generally shipped from Austin, Texas USA. Orders being shipped via ground or express take approximately 1-2 business days to process, unless noted in the product description (eg. Personalized or Special Order products).  Products ordered together may be shipped separately.  Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, US territories, any other international destination or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are also responsible for the following, if applicable: charges that a third party shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) levies on us for any address corrections for a wrong address you provided, a change of a shipping address (once the order has been shipped) by you or your gift recipient and for any or all shipping costs for shipments of your order that are refused at time of delivery.

FOR A LIMITED TIME - FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $199 that are shipped to mainland USA destinations only.  See

At the time of checkout, you must select the shipping method "FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $199" option to receive FREE SHIPPING for your purchases.  There are no shipping cost for gift certificates since they are emailed.

Standard ground shipping charges quoted at the time of checkout on this website are for all U.S. MAINLAND destinations only.  Customers requesting orders to go to Hawaii or Alaska will be notified via email of shipping cost for approval before processing.

48 USA STATES (Mainland) - Once your order is processed, it usually takes approximately 3 - 5 business days for your order to arrive via ground shipping.

HAWAII & ALASKA - Rates start at $75.  Ground shipping is not available for shipments destined for Hawaii or Alaska.  Shipments destined for Hawaii or Alaska are shipped 2-Day Air.  Overnight can be requested for Hawaii and Alaska destinations. If you do require an order to go to Hawaii or Alaska, please select the shipping method "Hawaii, Alaska – notify me with cost before shipping" option at the time of checkout and we will notify you of the cost within one business day.

Rates start at $75.  Is available for an additional charge.  All overnight & 2 Day Air requested orders do take on the average of one business day to process.  Shipping charges for express shipping are not quoted on our website until we receive your order, at which time we will notify you of these charges for your approval by email during business hours. If you require an order to go via overnight or 2 Day Air, please select the shipping method "2 Day Air – notify me with cost before shipping" option or "Overnight – notify me with cost before shipping" option at the time of checkout. Sorry, we do not ship 3 Day Air because most ground shipments take only 3 business days due to our warehouse being centrally located in the USA (Austin, TX.) 

International shipping is not available.

Our employees will do everything they can do make sure your shipment gets out in time. Shipping companies that we use (FedEX, UPS, DHL or USPS) deliver the packages as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you, but as you know, we nor the shipping companies we use have control over acts of nature. Therefore, there is no money back for shipping cost paid by the customer when weather conditions or other acts of nature cause a delay in receiving your package. If you received FREE SHIPPING and your package arrived late due to weather conditions or other acts of nature, and you want to return the package back to us, you are still responsible for all shipping costs to you (shipping cost we incurred to get the package to you) and shipping cost back to us as outlined in our   
Returns & Exchanges for all products receiving Free Shipping   section. We regret any inconvenience that these weather events or other acts of nature may cause you.

If a product(s) is SOLD OUT, but other products in the same order are in stock, shipping charges are recalculated based on the items in stock, thus you are only charged shipping charges for the items in stock that we are shipping to you at the time. If you backorder a product(s) that were previously SOLD OUT, shipping charges will be applied based on the cost of the product(s) being shipped to you.
