All packages are insured & packaged with care and are shipped from Austin, Texas via FedEx Ground or Express.  All orders being shipped via Ground or Express take on the average of 1 business day to process.  During the busy holiday season it can approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your Ground order and up to 3 business days if you request FREE GIFT WRAP.  Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, any international destination outside of the United States or APO/FPO addresses. Products ordered together may be shipped separately. Charges for reshipment/shipment will be applied due to incorrect or incomplete information that was given to us by the customer or if the customer refuses the delivery of their order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

FREE SHIPPING (Standard Ground Shipping):  FREE SHIPPING is for all Italian Ceramic orders over $85 for only that are shipped to mainland USA destinations only. All Gift Certificates will also be mailed FREE of charge via U.S. standard mail. Various product lines (Italian wall plaques, Italian food products, Italian bath & body products, etc… ) that do not receive FREE SHIPPING will at this time. At the time of checkout, you must select the shipping method "FREE SHIPPING over $85 for Italian Ceramics" option to receive FREE SHIPPING for your purchases.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING:  Once your order is processed it usually takes 2 to 3 business days on average for your order to arrive via ground shipping. Standard ground shipping charges quoted at the time of checkout on this website are for all U.S. MAINLAND destinations only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders destined for Hawaii or Alaska are shipped 2-Day Air.  Overnight can be requested also for Hawaii and Alaska destinations. If you do require an order to go to Hawaii or Alaska, please select the shipping method "Hawaii, Alaska – notify me with cost before shipping" option at the time of checkout and we will notify you of cost within 24 hours.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (OVERNIGHT, & 2 DAY AIR):  Are available for an additional charge. Sorry, we do not ship 3 Day Air because most ground shipments take only 3 business days due to our warehouse being centrally located in the USA (Austin, TX.)  All overnight & 2 day express shipping requested orders do take on the average of one business day to process.  Shipping charges for express shipping are not quoted on our website until we receive your order, at which time we will notify you of these charges for your approval by phone or email during our phone business hours. If you require an order to go via overnight or 2 day air, please select the shipping method "2 day air – notify me with cost before shipping" option or "Overnight – notify me with cost before shipping" option at the time of checkout. To expedite these express shipping selections, call us at 800-96-ITALY during business hours (Mon-Fri).

LOCAL DELIVERY: SORRY, LOCAL DELIVERY TO THE AUSTIN, TEXAS AREA is not available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is not available.

Packages that are delayed to weather conditions: Our employees will do everything they can do make sure your shipment gets out in time. Shipping companies that we use (FedEX, UPS, DHL or USPS) deliver the packages as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you, but as you know, we nor the shipping companies we use have control over acts of nature. Therefore, there is no money back for shipping cost paid by the customer when weather conditions or other acts of nature cause a delay in receiving your package. If you received FREE SHIPPING and your package arrived late due to weather conditions or other acts of nature, and you want to return the package back to us, you are still responsible for all shipping costs to you (shipping cost we incurred to get the package to you) and shipping cost back to us as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges for all products receiving Free Shipping section. We regret any inconvenience that these weather events or other acts of nature may cause you.

* On occasion, shipping charges may be higher then the price quoted for certain shipments that are extra heavy or bulky. If this occurs, we will contact you for approval of any extra charges before we process & ship your order.

** If a product(s) is SOLD OUT, but other products in the same order are in stock, shipping charges are recalculated based on the items in stock, thus you are only charged shipping charges for the items in stock that we are shipping to you at the time. If you backorder a product(s) that were previously SOLD OUT, shipping charges will be applied based on the cost of the product being shipped to you (see above).
