Out of Stock Items

Our website is updated on a daily basis. Inventory is updated instantly. If one of the products you ordered becomes out of stock during the time you placed your order, we will notify you immediately by email, phone or with an enclosed letter with the shipment of products that you ordered that were in stock. If you ordered other products in the same order, we will proceed with shipping those to you without the out of stock item(s).

You can backorder merchandise. We will notify you with an expected date of arrival for the product(s) out of stock and we will ship it to you immediately when it becomes available. If you decide that you do not wish to wait for the out of stock product, please notify us immediately and we'll cancel that particular product(s) from your order.

If you request a Ceramic product that is out of stock, be aware that it may take on the average of 4 to 8 weeks to get the requested product to you because our Ceramics are hand made & hand painted and are made especially for us. We can also special order hand made hand painted Italian Ceramics and other Italian Giftware that we don’t currently carry, if available from our manufacturers. * Please note, we require a 35% non-refundable deposit on all special orders.
